72 TPD LABSA 96 DESMET BALLESTRA PlantTo ensure the production of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA) by minimum utilization of raw materials by ensuring safe operations to the unit with ON spec product,Monitoring process parameters of a continuous chemical process plant through PLC based instrumentation and control, Reviewing all process engineering documents including PFDs and P&IDs, equipment data sheets and various design,Assist team lead to design new equipments and calculate technical parameters, material balances to add value with innovations and to overcome trouble shooting problems within no time,Responsible for the plant production by necessary modifications in existing designs and to propose alternative options for smooth operations, Development and implementation of production planning, tracking quality control system, analyzing production, quality, maintenance (predictive & preventive) and other operational reports to detect and minimize downtime,To monitor and ensure that plant team adheres to the SOPs provided by HSE section

• To verify and implement all the process parameters as per quality plan of product• Counselling the department staff about QMS, EMS, FSMS and halal standards • To ensure GMP practices and safety measures during refinery operations• Responsible for maintaining inventory of consumable and chemicals required for production• To verify documents are updated as per the ISO requirement• To prepare and maintain production report and documents• Part of the team that effectively implemented YUMs standards.

• Mashed routine operations as Shift Manager of a continuous edible oil
refinery
• Theoretical and practical approach to the different stages involved during production process
• Researching the standard parameters used in the refining, bleaching, deodorization and fractionation processes and keeping a strict check on them

ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY (EHS) DEPARTMENT
1.     Took an active part in the safety drill activities,

3.      Apprehended how to prepare safety permits and hazard reports,
4.      Assured the usage of personal protective equipment (PPEs).

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT Waste Water Treatment Plant:
1.      Detailed overview of effluent treatment plant (ETP), ultrafiltration plant (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) process and instrumentation diagrams,
2.      Performed dosing calculations,
3.      Analyzed the cost estimation factors, selection of epoxy coating,
4. Oversight all the parameters including civil aspects during the construction phase. 

QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT- learn techniques to identify and correct defects for identical end products, assist in the inspection of semi-finished products before and after processing, provide testing scopes/Individual report on special materials. 

QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT- examined production documents, kept strong check and balance of process, supported in the preparation of requested documents, also had good hands validation & understanding the SOPs. 

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT- designed and troubleshooted procedures before scale up production.
